Senior Saints Weekly Program Schedule
Join us for a week filled with fellowship, faith, and fun at Senior Saints Ministry! Our programs are designed to uplift, connect, and support our senior community through spiritual enrichment, social activities, and outreach.
Morning Program (Weekly) Tuesday and Thursday
Bible Study: Scripture reading, praise, and worship to start the day with spiritual nourishment
Open Discussion: A welcoming space for sharing thoughts, testimonies, and encouragement
Lunch Served: Enjoy a delicious meal and fellowship with friends
Tuesday's: Health & Rehab Ministry: Outreach - Bringing comfort, prayer, and companionship to residents, twice a month.

Tuesday's: twice a month from 10:30am-11:30 am : Aviata at Oakfield Rehab Center 1465 Oakfield Dr. Brandon, Florida 33511 community Outreach bible study, scripture reading, worship and praise resident.
Tuesday and Thursday- regular week meeting church fellowship hall from 10:00am-2:00pm; bible study, scripture reading and worship. Offering: open discussion on upcoming ministry outreach, discussing today's events and topic, connecting and building new friendship, with other seniors through fellowship and conversation. Enjoy our movie hour, (group) games, upcoming project arts and crafts, puzzles, bingo hour. Morning light chair exercises and walking. Also enjoy a light lunch that's provided.

Tuesday January 13, 2026, fellowship hall: kick-started our exercise program for senior includes walking, (20) minutes light seated exercises, breathing stretching, upper and lower body workout, provided by sliver sneaker via video.

Bealsville Community Property (tour). Founded after the civil war by freed slaves from surrounding communities, The 1866 Southern Homestead Act provided a means for freed slaves to obtain tracts of property ranging from 40 to 160 acres. Representatives will share valuable information about Medicare open enrollment, as well as life and health insurance options. All are welcome to attend and learn more about these important resources.
Outreach Ministry at Oakfield Health & Rehab Center Our twice-monthly outreach continues on Tuesday, October 7 and Tuesday, October 21, where we’ll join the residents for fellowship, prayer, scripture reading, and praise songs. It’s a beautiful time of connection and encouragement.
Free Clothes Closet – Open to the Community Join us on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM for our Free Clothes Closet event. Gently used clothing and essentials will be available to anyone in need. All are welcome - come and be blessed!
Church Cookout – Fellowship & Fun Also on Saturday, October 25, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, we’re hosting a church cookout for the community. Enjoy good food, great company, and joyful fellowship with the Senior Saints and Greater Bethany family.
Breast Cancer Awareness Month: In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Greater Bethany Missionary Baptist Church and the Senior Saints Ministry invite everyone to wear pink on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sundays of October. Let’s stand together in support of women fighting breast cancer and raise awareness in love and unity.
