Senior Saints Ministry is dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults through compassion, connection, and care. We offer a welcoming and vibrant community where seniors are celebrated, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Senior Saints Weekly Program Schedule 

Join us for a week filled with fellowship, faith, and fun at Senior Saints Ministry! Our programs are designed to uplift, connect, and support our senior community through spiritual enrichment, social activities, and outreach.

Morning Program (Weekly) Tuesday and Thursday 

• Bible Study: Scripture reading, praise, and worship to start the day with spiritual nourishment

• Open Discussion: A welcoming space for sharing thoughts, testimonies, and encouragement

• Lunch Served: Enjoy a delicious meal and fellowship with friends

Tuesday's: Health & Rehab Ministry: Outreach - Bringing comfort, prayer, and companionship to residents, twice a month.

• Tuesday's: Movie Day: Relax and enjoy uplifting or classic films together

Thursday Activities: 

• Game Day: Fun and engaging games to spark joy and connection

• Free Closet: Access to gently used clothing and essentials for community donating 

• Outreach Planning: Collaborate on upcoming service projects

• Senior Outings: Occasional trips and excursions to enjoy the community

Transportation : Charter Bus (Charter Up) will pick-up Senior Saints at Greater Bethany Missionary Baptist Chruch 9:00am arrival on Thursday Feb 18th for Port Canaveral arriving around 12:00 noon - (around trip) charter bus will arrive at Port Canaveral Cruise Ship at 9:00am for return to Greater Bethany Missionary Baptist Church  arrival around 12:00 noon  on Saturaday Feb 20th.

Bealsville Community Property (tour). Founded after the civil war by freed slaves from surrounding communities, The 1866 Southern Homestead Act provided  a means for freed slaves to obtain tracts of property ranging from 40 to 160 acres. To retain title, the new owners had to develop homes, clear land and demonstrate that they possessed the eqipment to farm it.

Tuesday and Thursday- regular week meeting church fellowship hall from 10:00am-2:00pm; bible study, scripture reading and worship. Offering: open discussion on upcoming ministry outreach, discussing today's events and topic, connecting and building new friendship, with other seniors  through fellowship and conversation. Enjoy our movie hour, (group) games, upcoming project arts and crafts, puzzles, bingo hour. Morning light chair exercises and walking. Also enjoy a light lunch that's provided.

 February Black History month:  from 10:30am- 11:30am, (February 12, 2026) African attire community outreach to Hawthrone Center for Rehabilitation and Healing of Brandon 851 W Lumsden Rd, Brandon, Fl 33511

Tuesday January 13, 2026, fellowship hall: kick-started our exercise program for senior includes walking, (20) minutes light seated exercises, breathing stretching, upper and lower body workout, provided by sliver sneaker via video.  

Education: re-enforced: medication management, high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes, cholesterol and other chronic diseases, monitoring and discussions.

Bay Medical Life Alert: discussion home safety medical alert necklace, smart watch, bracelet or clip on. information provided and discussion at church fellowship hall,10:00am-2:00pm.  between on Thursday January 22, 2026.
